Pam Sullivan

Pam Sullivan joined First American Title Insurance Company in 2006 and currently serves as VP, Senior National Underwriting Counsel for the National Commercial Services division. She has underwritten and led teams on numerous large-scale transactions and a wide variety of complex and non-traditional real estate transactions, including joint ventures, LBOs, mezzanine financing and multi-million-dollar construction projects.

Ms. Sullivan specializes in leading and underwriting multi-site/multi-state transactions involving all aspects of commercial real property acquisitions, leasing and financing. She has led several $1B+ transactions and partners with several national REITs.

She was named Major Transactions Managing Counsel in April 2018. She received her law degree from the Loyola University of Chicago in May 2004, and prior to joining First American, she was a real estate attorney in Chicago.

Ms. Sullivan is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, Chicago Mortgage Attorneys Association and the Illinois State Bar Association.
