Rachel graduated from The University of New Mexico and joined First American Title Insurance Company in Albuquerque in 1998. She later transferred to Atlanta, Georgia and has specialized in the facilitation of 1031 tax-deferred exchanges since 2001. Rachel currently manages a portfolio of First American Title agencies and also lends her expertise to the facilitation of 1031 tax-deferred exchanges. She is dedicated to helping residential and commercial title agents leverage First American Title products and services to enhance business efficiencies.
Maintaining a strong focus in the commercial real estate sector, Rachel is a long-standing member of the Atlanta Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), the CREW Network and is a 2012 graduate of Leadership CREW. She has authored several published articles and has been interviewed by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. Rachel is a frequent lecturer, panelist and featured speaker on the topic of 1031 tax-deferred exchanges and has delivered presentations to the Georgia Bar Association-Real Estate Section, Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS®, Atlanta Bar Association, Georgia Society of CPAs, Association of Georgia Real Estate Exchangors (AGREE) and the Georgia Real Estate Land Institute (RLI). She also was a recipient of the DPK Circle of Excellence Award in recognition of her outstanding contributions to the growth of First American Title.
