Regina Menda

Regina Menda serves the Miami team as Underwriting Counsel for First American Title National Commercial Services. Originally from the Miami area, Regina has extensive real estate and title experience advising clients both in English and in her native language, Spanish. She prides herself on exceptional customer service.

Prior to her current role, Regina was an associate attorney at a boutique real estate law firm where she represented individuals, corporate entities and lenders. In addition, Regina served as Assistant County Attorney for Sarasota County, as the lead real estate attorney overseeing commercial closings. Regina also acted as in-house counsel for a title company where she performed countless residential and commercial transactions throughout Florida.

Regina obtained her Juris Doctorate from Emory School of Law and her Bachelors in Science from the University of Florida.

In her spare time, Regina enjoys travel and spending time with her husband and daughter.
