A knowledgeable and customer-focused title professional, Rachel provides training and support to our valued agents.

Rachel Sganga joined the team in May 2022 as a Florida Educational Trainer. With over 9 years of experience in the title and mortgage industry she adds great value to the educational courses the Florida Division of First American Title Insurance Company offers. Currently, she hosts educational and instructional seminars for agents, their staff members, and customers. She is motivational in her delivery and shares her knowledge willingly. Whether she’s leading an industry-specific presentation or a training session she consistently helps develop the skill sets of her audience.

Prior to First American, her career started at a local North Florida law group where she learned the ins and outs of the title industry, order entry, escrow, and closing. She went on to become a mortgage closer for a national lender which expanded her knowledge of the mortgage industry even further. Rachel earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The Florida State University and she is a State of Florida Licensed Notary Public. Rachel has held many volunteer leadership positions with The Junior League of Jacksonville and most recently served on the Board of Directors. She continually applies the experiences she gains in her volunteer roles to her career with First American.

From her extensive experience she provides an exceptional perspective that is saturated with knowledge to our Florida agents and our customers.
