Sarah Baxter is a seasoned Senior Commercial Title Officer with over 16 years in the title insurance industry. She has spent nine years at First American, handling diverse residential and commercial projects in the Direct Division and National Commercial Division.
Sarah's roles have included Assistant Title Manager, Title Operations Manager, Idaho Director of Strategic Initiatives, and Title Officer, showcasing her versatility and leadership. She also worked with a foreclosure law firm in Chicago, focusing on distressed property and REO title work.
An alumna of Judson University with a B.A. in English, Sarah pursued graduate studies at Chapman University and is learning Spanish at Boise State University. She enjoys reading, traveling, baking, volunteering, and spending time with her husband and Golden Retriever Biscuit.
