Seth is an attorney licensed in Colorado and has served as both an escrow officer and underwriter. He closes transactions in all 50 states and Puerto Rico. Seth provides a practical and customer service oriented approach to underwriting.

As Vice President and Senior Underwriting Counsel, my experience and industry knowledge give me a unique ability to provide clients with exceptional service.  I have extensive experience with ground-up construction, multifamily housing, mixed-use, industrial, retail and planned community developments.  I am keenly aware of the time constraints of closing commercial real estate transactions and provide prompt and accurate service.
