Stephanie J. Smith

Stephanie J. Smith serves as Underwriting Counsel for First American Title National Commercial Services in Central Florida. Throughout Stephanie's career, she has gained extensive experience in real estate and title. In addition to her years of underwriting, Stephanie also worked in paralegal and notary services and owned her own law firm and notary company.

In 2004, Stephanie began underwriting for LandAmerica, and later became the director of Stewart Title's Florida Commercial Division. She joined First American in 2017 and was recently appointed as an AMLU for the Southeastern Region.

Stephanie received a Bachelor of Arts in 1988 and a Juris Doctorate in 1997.
