Sarah is a knowledgeable and customer-focused title professional with over 20 years of industry experience. She uses her expertise and knowledge to provide underwriting guidance and assistance to our valued agents in Massachusetts. Before joining the Massachusetts Underwriting team, Sarah was a practicing attorney with a full-service transactional law firm in  Massachusetts. She has drafted, negotiated, and reviewed residential and commercial legal real estate documents, including title curing documents. Sarah excels at communicating complex legal issues clearly and articulately and has worked with numerous local and national developers on projects ranging from small properties to condominiums with hundreds of units.  

Sarah’s background also includes performing title services for three large national franchisors, consisting of title searches, extensive research to resolve issues, and writing title insurance policies. She has managed the formation of small business entities, including the drafting of legal paperwork, and performed due diligence on prospective real estate deals to minimize risk and prevent future issues for clients. Committed to delivering exceptional customer service, Sarah values the importance of being available and responsive to agents’ needs. Her professionalism, extensive knowledge of Massachusetts conveyancing, and customer-focused approach to underwriting strengthens agency relationships throughout Massachusetts.

Sarah graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science in sociology. She received her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School. Sarah is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Massachusetts Land Title Association and New England Land Title Association.
