Susan has worked extensively with developers on condominium conversion projects and has a proven track record of utilizing her transactional knowledge and technical expertise to assist customers in creating efficiencies in their processes. Additionally, Susan served as a multi-state manager for a large agency where she strategically directed workflow that impacted 120 agents across the nation.

Susan has been a licensed title agent since 1996 and is an active member of the Florida Land Title Association. She understands the importance of being available and responsive to our agency customers and is dedicated to providing quality customer service to strengthen agency relationships.
