Tiffany Ashley

A knowledgeable and customer-focused professional with 14 years of legal and title industry experience, Tiffany is responsible for developing and strengthening new and existing agency relationships, education and training, supporting agents in their day-to-day title operations, and providing agents with the tools necessary for growth and continued success.

Before joining First American Title, Tiffany was an attorney owner of two successful law firms focusing on residential and commercial closings, real estate law, title examinations, and title curative. She also gained experience as an attorney owner of a full-service real estate title and escrow company that offered abstracts of title and a full range of commercial and residential real estate title and closing services. Tiffany's background includes managing a team of abstractors in preparing and closing abstracts of title covering surface, mineral, and working interest ownership. She also worked for the Louisiana Department of Justice as a criminal prosecutor handling all aspects of felony and misdemeanor cases in a vertical prosecution system. In addition, she drafted the Attorney General's legal opinions concerning criminal law matters.

Tiffany graduated summa cum laude from McNeese State University with a Bachelor of  Science in mass communications. Additionally, she received a Bachelor of Civil Law and a Juris Doctor from Louisiana State University. Tiffany's extensive knowledge of the Louisiana market and her diverse industry background significantly benefit our Louisiana agents.
