Tyler K. Larsen is an experienced professional in the Commercial Title Industry. During Law school, he clerked for the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals. At night, he pursued an MBA. After obtaining his JD/MBA from Oklahoma City University, Tyler spent several years, just like many Oklahomans, servicing multiple national clients to get surface rights for right-of-ways, easements, and surface locations.
His time in the oil field helped him appreciate and understand the importance of communicating and delivering results based on specific deadlines. He also honed his skills in the “art of the deal” during his time in the Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas oil field. In 2016, he made a career change to become the commercial examiner for one of the big three title insurers in the nation.
In his spare time, Tyler passes his time tracking legislative work that affects the Title Industry, working with a large non-profit, and doing adventures with his three (3) beautiful children. In 2021, Tyler was hired to start up the NCS brand in Oklahoma for First American Title Insurance Company. It’s a dream job for him as he can meld his legal skills with his law degree as he seeks to bring the NCS Brand to Oklahoma.
