Wayne Bennett

First American is one of the nation’s largest underwriters providing both local and national commercial title insurance.

Wayne joined First American in May, 2021, and brings over 37 years of experience in the commercial title insurance industry. Wayne is comfortable working on large, complex transactions and is driven to provide timely and professional service. He is well-versed in title, escrow, underwriting, 1031 exchanges and construction escrows.

He has served as a board member to Pathway to Hope, Southwest Johnson County EDC and KCRAR Commercial.

Wayne has also served as an executive mentor for Mid-America Nazarene University.
