I am proud to share First American's eighth annual Sustainability Report. Each year, we challenge ourselves to improve not only in how we measure the results of our efforts, but in how we show up for our people, customers, and communities.

This year, we continued our focus on aligning our reporting with the SASB metrics that matter most to our investors and stakeholders. We also insourced the development of our greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions inventory, strengthening the quality and transparency of our data as we prepare for new regulatory requirements in California and Canada beginning in 2025. These steps reflect our steadfast commitment to compliance and accountability.

Our advancements are made possible by our people. Even in a market that continues to test the real estate industry, our teams continue to show resilience, creativity, and commitment. This report highlights how we are investing in recruiting, retention, and development to keep our teams strong and prepared for the future.

We continue to be recognized for our People First culture.
