Once the remote signing has taken place, the closing documents will then be returned to a location of your choosing for the final touches to be performed so that the closing and recording of your transaction can occur in a timely fashion.

We can also design a program around the utilization of First American's vast network of escrow/closing offices located throughout the United States. When using these offices, arrangements can be made to have a trained First American builder specialist meet the home buyer and complete the closing. This flexible process streamlines the final phase of their home purchase and provides the buyer with a seamless and positive closing experience.
