Tax Proration Calculator

This calculation tool is designed to assist you in easily estimating the real estate tax proration between the buyer and the seller on the day of closing. Indiana property taxes are paid in arrears and are due in two semi-annual installments, May 10th and November 10th of the year following the assessment date.
