First American's Trustee Servicing Solutions division handles all foreclosure referrals through all systems for California, Arizona, Nevada, Washington, Oregon and Texas. Our state-of-the-art foreclosure processing system provides automated processes in nearly all foreclosure steps, including automated file referral and title ordering, recording documents, sending out mailings, updating events, XML with post/pub vendors and uploading documents for review. Our Web site includes all recorded documents on each file for all interested parties, including the NOD, NOTS and TDUS when needed. In the event of a surplus funds disbursement, we will work with attorneys in the specific state to lawfully and completely distribute excess proceeds.
