Beth Peterson

As a member of the Seattle office of First American Title’s, National Commercial Services Division, I provide a single point of contact for our clients' local and national real estate title insurance needs.

I am a Limited Practicing Officer in the State of Washington and a Commercial Closer with First American Title National Commercial Services Division in Seattle, WA. I work with clients across the country with transactional experience ranges from local refinances to the sales of high-rise office and development opportunities to large portfolio sales of agricultural land.

My career with First American Title began in Portland, Oregon as a Commercial Escrow Assistant where I assisted on the closings for sales and refinances of single site and multi-site transactions nationwide. Prior to joining First American Title, I was a licensed Real Estate Broker in both Oregon and Nevada and worked for a major brokerage office in Investment Property and Multi-Family sales.

I am a Seattle native, received my Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Washington in 1999 and I live in Northeast Seattle with my family. I volunteer my time coaching girls soccer and in my time off I enjoy skiing and self-guided white water rafting trips.
