LaVonne Bowman

I am based out of the Seattle National Commercial Services division where I underwrite title transactions. I enjoy the fact that every transaction is complex and unique in its own way.

I have been in the title/escrow industry for over 25 years and have been with First American Title or its affiliates for all of that time. I have worn many hats in the title industry from doc clerk, to examiner, then Title Officer/Manager where I managed a team of people for our Residential Department. I found the complex facets of Commercial transactions provided me the challenges I was looking for so I moved to the National Commercial Services Department in 2013.  I am involved with the Housing Development Consortium who advocates for policies at the local, state and federal levels to foster inclusive, affordable housing communities.

I have experience in all types of commercial transactions, including HUD, low income housing tax credits, multifamily, and construction financing.
