Sam’s business approach is to always be proactive for her clients. She is dedicated to ensuring a seamless experience going above and beyond every step of the way.

Sam Stockton, Sales Representative for First American, works with the National Commercial Services team to provide title and escrow services for brokers, lenders, developers and other industry professionals that are involved in both local and national transactions. Sam has a true passion for real estate and works hard to put her clients first and cultivate personal relationships to ensure the highest service of quality on every transaction big or small.

Miss Stockton studied at Point Loma Nazarene University on a full ride golf scholarship. She lead the team in lowest scoring average (73.1) and obtained her B.A. in Business. She currently holds her Masters in Business Administration, CA real estate license, CA Notary Public commission and is an active member of ULI and Commercial Real Estate Women LA county chapter (CREW).

Sam is an avid sports fan, and in her free time still loves to play golf. She also loves to spend time with family and attend real estate conferences to increase her knowledge in all aspects of the real estate industry.
