A knowledgeable and customer-focused title professional with over 26 years of industry experience, Jean is responsible for developing and strengthening agency relationships, education and training, supporting agents in their day-to-day title operations, and providing agents with the tools necessary for growth and continued success.
Jean began her industry career determined to learn all areas of the title business including order entry, abstract, examining, pre-processing, processing, closings, post-close, final policies, and sales. She served in positions of increasing responsibility and eventually became a partner in a title company handling operations and sales. Jean has a proven track record of growing market share and revenue and is skilled at developing and maintaining long-standing agency relationships. She is committed to providing agents with the highest quality product, expertise, and customer experience in the industry.
Jean received an Associate in Fine Arts from Macomb Community College and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in art education from Wayne State University. She is a member of the American Land Title Association, an appointed member of the Board of Review and the Zoning Board of Appeals of Richmond Township, Michigan. Jean has served on both boards for over a decade. In addition, Jean is active in her community and volunteers for numerous civic and youth organizations.
