Joanna Quaintance is the Senior Director of Training and Business Implementation who oversees all education training and marketing efforts within the agency division. Additionally, Joanna continues as New Jersey State Manager where she is responsible for building and strengthening agency relationships and providing strong leadership for employees throughout New Jersey.

A graduate of Stockton University, Joanna received a Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice, her Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law, and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association. Joanna received the 2018 First American DPK Circle of Excellence Award in recognition of her outstanding contribution to the Company. Additionally, she is a 2021 First American Women in Title honoree.
