Marv Ripp is a 45-year industry veteran of the title industry and is highly valued for his extensive residential and commercial expertise, problem-solving ability and knowledge of the Wisconsin real estate market. As VP, State Counsel, Marv provides highly responsive underwriting guidance and support to agents and employees and is responsible for the underwriting training programs.

Marv joined First American in 1985 as Wisconsin State Counsel and became state manager in 1993, a position he held for 28 years. Prior to joining First American, Marv was in private practice for nine years and concentrated on real estate transactions. He has delivered presentations on title insurance-related matters throughout his career and has been a frequent presenter of webinars and live seminars for First American Agents.

Marv is a past president of the Wisconsin Land Title Association and is an emeritus member of the Wisconsin State Bar. He is committed to providing our agents with the highest quality product, expertise and customer service in the industry.
