SMS Terms of Use

First American will send SMS Event Reminders to individuals who have registered for national webinars or events/classes hosted by the company. Messages will be sent to customers and prospective customers who voluntarily signed up for a webinar/event/class, reminding them of the upcoming event 24 hours in advance. After signing up, you will receive a text message from 65362 on your mobile number.

Opt-In/Opt-Out: User will opt-in to the First American Event Reminders short code program via webform only. Message and data rates may apply. Subscribers will receive 8msgs/mo. Text HELP to 65362 for help. Text STOP to 65362 to cancel this service at any time. After you send the message STOP to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.

If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text HELP to 65362. After you send the message HELP to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.

Participating carriers: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile and Cricket. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Purchase is not a requirement of the SMS program. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Texts may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.
